Gold Star Chili T-Shirt Returns
All T-shirt merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. Please note, however, that garments which have been worn, laundered or altered cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive the incorrect size, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that no returns will be accepted at Gold Star Chili restaurant locations. Additionally, Gold Star Chili merchandise not purchased through Gold Star Chili's Online Store is not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits. This includes items received at no cost as a part of Gold Star Chili promotional give-aways or through a Gold Star Chili-sponsored event.
If you have made a purchase at the Gold Star Chili Online Store and you are not completely satisfied with it, we will gladly arrange for a credit or refund if the item purchased is returned within 15 days of shipment excluding shipping and handling charges.
Return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend one of our preferred carriers - either UPS or USPS.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Gold Star Chili's Online Store will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages without proof of delivery.
All Gold Star Chili returns must be processed through our customer service department. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without proper authorization from our customer service team.
